first snow of the season

I'm definitely not a winter person... BUT I will admit the first snow of the season sure does get me giddy... then it just leaves a mess and I'm over it!

You'll often find me indoors next the fireplace spending time with the family during a snowfall. This past weekend didn't go quite as planned... we we're on the go all day long!

I still made an attempt to capture the pups first now experience and the smiles it brought to my daughters face. Look's like she may take after my husbands love for the cold, huh?
